Instrument Passport LLC – User Agreement & Disclaimer

1. User Responsibility

All information, materials, instrument records, messages, or other data entered into Instrument Passport LLC (“User Data”) is provided solely by the user.

Instrument Passport LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of any User Data.

Users are fully responsible for verifying the correctness and reliability of any User Data before relying on it.

2. No Liability for Content

Instrument Passport LLC is not liable for any false, misleading, fraudulent, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by users.

The platform acts only as a tool for recording and sharing information. Instrument Passport LLC does not endorse, verify, or certify any User Data.

Use of the platform and reliance on any User Data is at your own discretion and risk.

3. Compliance & Legal Use

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of Instrument Passport LLC complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to CITES, the Lacey Act, and other trade or compliance regulations.

Instrument Passport LLC provides tools to assist with documentation, but does not provide legal, compliance, or regulatory guarantees.

4. Platform Provided “As-Is”

Instrument Passport LLC is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instrument Passport LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) arising from the use of the platform, reliance on User Data, or participation in marketplace transactions.

6. Indemnification

By using Instrument Passport LLC, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Instrument Passport LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your submission of User Data
• Your violation of this agreement

7. Content Removal & Account Termination

Instrument Passport LLC reserves the right to remove any User Data, restrict access, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

Instrument Passport LLC may update this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
