  • So there I was, looking at the Instrument Passport homepage — just trying to log in like usual — when I realized I didn’t remember my password.

  • No big deal, right?

  • I clicked the Login button and typed in an email... except, oops — it wasn’t the right one. The system politely let me know: user not found. Fair enough.

  • I went back, double-checked the email, and entered the one I knew was correct. This time, I clicked the Change Password link.

  • Within seconds, a password reset email landed in my inbox. I opened it up, clicked the link, and just like that, I was on the Change Password page.
